The short version
This site has no accounts, no forms that save to a database, and no checkout. It is a static catalog of what the shop stocks. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email, we keep that conversation the way any shop keeps its correspondence: to answer you, quote you, and handle your orders.
What the site itself collects
Very little:
- Standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to see which pages are useful
- The embedded Google Map on the contact page loads from Google and is covered by Google's own privacy policy
- No cookies are set for advertising, and we do not sell or trade any information
What we keep when you contact us
Your messages, your name and number as they appear in WhatsApp or email, and the quotes and invoices connected to your orders. Account customers' purchase records live in our POS system at the shop. If you want something we hold deleted or corrected, call the counter or write to us and we will do it.
