Step 1: Send the requirement.
Email the PO, BOQ or tender document, or send it on WhatsApp. Add the delivery address and the date you need it by.

Line by line, on our letterhead. A normal list comes back within the hour during shop hours. If something is out of stock, we say so.

Send the purchase order or the tender acceptance. Payment terms are agreed for each order before it leaves.

Step 4: We deliver.
Across Lahore and outside it, with a printed invoice and delivery challan. Our teams can fit what we supply.

- Yes. We quote for tenders and institutional purchases. Email the tender document or the BOQ and we price it line by line, on our letterhead.
- What payment terms do institutions get?
- Terms are agreed with you for each order. Pay by cheque, pay order or bank transfer; cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa and card work too. Our bank details come with the invoice.
- Do you deliver outside Lahore?
- Yes, across Lahore and outside it. Put the delivery address on the requirement. Inside Sunder Industrial Estate, an urgent order arrives within 3 hours.
- Can we open a credit account?
- Send a request on your letterhead with your NTN. Most accounts start with a few cash orders, then we agree credit terms with you.
