What to include
- The item, as exactly as you have it: size, rating, model code or catalog number.
- The brand, if it matters. If any good make will do, say so; it widens what we can offer from the shelf.
- The quantity, and the unit: pieces, boxes, coils, lengths or gallons.
- Where it is going: your gate in the estate, a site elsewhere in Lahore, or outside Lahore.
- When you need it: a planned job next week, a shutdown date, or a line that is down now.
- Your company name if you already buy from us, or a previous invoice, so we can match items you have bought before.

Group it by trade
If the list covers hardware, sanitary, electric and paints, group the lines under each. It is quicker to check against the shelves, and a mixed list can still go out as one delivery.

What comes back
